what does it mean when a skin i have has a lock on it?

i need help because i dont know how to get it unlocked

It means you don't own it. You need to purchase it when it comes up in your shop to unlock it.

Once you were also able to get a side arm via Twitch Prime You can also get a free sidearm at the end of battlepasses at tier 50
