u either need new account or if u are living there for a long time contact support and get ur region changed
bro ur Google account which u have used for the valo might be registered in another country
so u got to change the region of ur Google acc first
still if it doesn't work
u gotta make a new Google acc registered in the region u r living in
then make a new valo acc
google account doesn't even matter
This generally means when you created the account, your region was set to other servers. They are NA servers. This is perhaps due to VPN use. The only fix for this is to create a new account.
