Downloading...?

My valorant client is VERY laggy, i tried starting as administrator, restarting my PC, checking for updates on my PC. It says it needs to download and i updated the game 2 days ago (the new ACT update). Now its been stuck on this for HOURS. (image) All other games are running flawless. Nothing wrong with my WiFi either. I cant launch the game anymore Help?
