unless you did something to your gpu recently
try resetting your pc so that drivers are set
and if you installed graphics mods try removing it

well my suggestion is delete citizen file but yonji said that might delete your vmenu stuff idk if you want to risk it

Go into your GTAV folder and delete anything with the prefix of "enb"
This usually happens from a bad graphics mod install
Also remove the "shaderinput" folder if that exists also.
When finished verify your game and try again
Thing to note: Make BACKUPS before you do ANYTHING
