I have a Ukraine EU Account, but my card doesn't work. Do I have to buy gift cards, and where from?
UKR EU account. With card I can pay in UKR local currency, but with paypal i have to pay in euro which is more expensive. I don't know what to do, my card keeps getting denied even after I rang up my bank and confirmed it.
