Valorant Won't Start

Basically it went like this , yesterday i was playing fine without any issues , turned off my pc , woke up today to update the game , played a round or two , then i had an electricity blackout , now whenever i try to launch the game nothing happens , i tried doing it through the riot games launcher but it shows that the game isn't installed ? (Ill attach a picture) can i get any help and thank you
