Failed to connect to server after 3 attempts.
Have not been able to connect all day on both server #1 and #2.
I'm in Australia if that helps.
Other Five M server's work
Trouble shooting.
*Tried 2 different PC
*Rebooted modem
*Cleared out %\AppData\Roaming\CitizenFX
Still nothing. 😦 please help.

by clearing out that CitizenFX directory, you've effectively nuked all of your saved vehicles, outfits, etc
and yeah, not really a surprise that it did nothing to help with a connection issue, as it's a connection issue, not a file or game issue

i also have that issue
only thing i did to try to fix it was clear my cache which did nothing
of course it did nothing, because it's not a file or game issue
clearing cache does nothing 99.999% of the time and only makes things worse for you when you finally manage to get back into the game

that would be an issue specific to you and is unrelated to this post
as for @pezbas, and them only (this will not help you):
1. Open up windows search
2. Type "cmd" and open that
3. Copy and paste
tracert banana.rsm.gg
into the command prompt
4. Hit enter, then wait until it finishes
5. Screenshot the full window and put that screenshot in your ticket.

why wouldnt we censor our ip...
because we need it for validating your route to our servers
nor is it your IP, it's the IP of the nodes that your connection routes through
besides, why would we do anything malicious with your IP in the first place? every internet service that you connect to (including our servers) can see your IP so that would be public information anyway

we have all the data we need, if we need more then we'll ping you for it

andd hey, did you really have to make fun of me deleting the CitizenFX folder (Course I have backups). It was a Hail-Mary and if you note the Last thing I tried and it's the first thing you bring up instead of actually helping me. Course I don't know as much about this as you that is why I'm reaching out for help.
I just wanna play this server. That's all.
it's often a thing that's brought up by people seeking for solutions, and we've always been saying that it does nothing but people still insist on doing random things that have no relation to the issue
e.g, "clear your cache" is often thrown at most players by other servers instead of actually looking at the issue and figuring out why it's happening and what to do about it
