Submit a ticket, and ask why did you get a ban. You can also ask on valorant support https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us
If you got a ban for cheating, try looking for a cheat folder or something. Btw it can be a virus or anything
If you got ban for being mean, it cant be permban so try explain to administration about that
