I know it may be a dumb answer... But have you checked GTA V audio settings while on the server, yet? Also, is it a problem with any game you play or just FiveM?

Had the same problem and it turned out to be an issue with how I had set up the in-game settings: it recognized both the monitor and the headset as the output for audio and couldn't produce any sound for whatever reason...
No problem, I read before that numatytoji means default... Have u checked with the Razer softwares, when I had this problem, it turned out to be Razer related.

Also, the audio settings you were looking at where for the voice chat, not for the in-game audio. It should be the fourth option from the top, when in Settings. I'm basing myself on how they're called in Italian.

Sorry, have u tried toggling output? Could be an automatic setting, but not the most suitable. I've surround audio on, don't know if it really could be.
