Even if it was 9am this channel isn't going to be their first priority. This is a when they have time kinda thing. For actual guaranteed support for reporting issues you would need a paid plan that includes such. But they do monitor issues here and plenty of people here can escalate things if they need to be

Oh, getting support wasn't my intention at all, I only want to help make the product better 🙂 I already found a workaround that's not to bad for me.
I also feel like we got off on the wrong foot, cause now I feel like I'd have to defend myself. I am just trying to be helpful and I don't expect immediate response, I just want them to know and have done my best to give them a reproducable bug, nothing more 🙂
