I played a comp game I went 26 and 23 and ONLY gained 13 RR... It was a Silver lobby

Your account’s MMR is lower then your current rank, so you’ll tend to get a lower RR rating on your wins and a higher RR lose on your loses, if you keep playing well it’ll change over time

match nvp really doesn’t matter. valorants ranking system usually aims for your gameplay. You can be bottom fragging 2-13 in all of your games and you had perfect util and teamwork you would atleast be near gold-plat
I know this happens for a lot of people, but for me, every game I play there's always a troll, someone whose afk, and then the one person who just lurks every round.
don’t forget the max you can get from playing in 5 placement matches is diamond 1 but because this isn’t your placement matches you won’t get rr. It’s just taking your gameplay but it still works in the same way as your placement matches
