I played a comp game I went 26 and 23 and ONLY gained 13 RR... It was a Silver lobby too. VALORANT

Your account’s MMR is lower then your current rank, so you’ll tend to get a lower RR rating on your wins and a higher RR lose on your loses, if you keep playing well it’ll change over time

match nvp really doesn’t matter. valorants ranking system usually aims for your gameplay. You can be bottom fragging 2-13 in all of your games and you had perfect util and teamwork you would atleast be near gold-plat

don’t forget the max you can get from playing in 5 placement matches is diamond 1 but because this isn’t your placement matches you won’t get rr. It’s just taking your gameplay but it still works in the same way as your placement matches

match mvp is just a signifier that you were the best performing player in the lobby - it has nothing to do with the calculation of mmr, or rr gained/lost

in context of the game you shared, firstly, it went to OT, only a 2 round differential, you barely went positive, you won the game though, which ultimately is compared to your mmr and the calculation gave you 13

yeah i think deaths are only a factor in seeing how good u did against other ppl in the duels thing
