Support Ticket Response Time?
I just recently received a punishment for a voice infraction that said it applied yesterday. I have not played in almost 2 weeks, so I am unsure as to what I could've done to get that punishment. I've also found my account has been compromised, and I think that might have something to do with it.
I submitted a support ticket and it says about 24 hours is the average response time, I was just wanting to know if anyone else has received a response faster? I know with ETA's they typically go for the maximum time it takes for a response. I was just curious.

as for punishment, timer starts whenever u login next after getting banned.
so there is the smallest chance that u got banned 2 weeks ago and face punishment now.
but i mean u know u were compromised so i doubt that. hope this mess gets fixed up for u
Thanks! I suppose it is possible, but I genuinely don't get that toxic in valorant. Just when people are being jerks. Even then it's pretty chill, just a casual "Why stfu" kinda thing. But it definitely is possible.
