vanguard user-mode service
Whenever I launch my game and start playing “vanguard user-mode service” takes up 30% of my cpu and i lag the whole game and have to restart

This isn't an issue i'm familiar with--definitely try reinstalling the game, and if that doesn't help, shoot a message to riot support. Sorry I wasn't able to help
