Perma banned?
My friend just got perma banned for using 3rd party software but the only 3rd party software he has is medal and tracker.gg?

could be a 3rd party program for other games
if he only has medal & tracker as his 3rd party softwares for any game hes defo hiding something, it's very unlikely he's getting banned from those, since tracker.gg runs through overwolf (very trusted 3rd party software) and medal is also trusted in valorant
But try reaching out to valorant support and get official answers
by the way im the person who got banned
why would valorant ban me for other games that arent theirs?

Take a GTA 5 mod menu, it has triggered vanguard a few times
all i use though is medal and valorant gg
i dont have any installed
try to reach out to riot support then
i do have gta but i uninstalled everything a long while before i started playing valorant
ive emailed already

You can appeal your ban, but it’s very unlikely you could get unbanned but it’s your only shot at trying get unbanned
Very unlikely, but my friend had someone get into her account somehow and get banned.
And yes, your account is permanently banned
Could be that sort of case, but its rare.
That’s when you get banned for account security, that’s very easy to get unbanned
