Gif you go onto settings or smt you can go into viual or whatever its called you can lower frames for things like menu which allows you to use more frames ingame hope it help dude
Fuse low setting s on everything even low res then put letterbox or i think its called fill until u see no blackscreens
Fthen if it still sucks go buy a new pc or laptop
