Only got around max 140 FPS with avg 90 FPS when I was getting 240 steady yesterday with a cap Didn't change anything

nothing much except discord and spotify its peaking to like 800fps but then when i leave it there it just does 75fps solved it, radeon chill was somehow 'on' even though set to off
