tabbing out glitch

hey may i ask if anyone knows how to fix the bug where if you tab out and tab back in the game everything stops and you cant move your mouse it acts like its on the desktop

i get this a lot i usually start with a deathmatch spam tabbing out until it freezes > restart > then open again it should not freeze again for sometime
