Trying out Discord forums

Discord recently introduced a new channel type: Forums. We decided to give it a shot for a few reasons:
questions because we don't want to prevent discussions that don't necessarily warrant a thread, but we may ask you to create a post in #
support if we think it does.

Discord recently introduced a new channel type: Forums. We decided to give it a shot for a few reasons:
- it forces all conversations to be in a thread/post
- posts can be tagged, which should help reduce the number of channel over time as well as help users find posts that are relevant to them
- replying to a post is still real-time chat, which is what makes Discord more dynamic than, for example, GitHub.
