WANTED TO LOG IN AFTER A WHILE BUT ACCOUNT RESET

I havent played valo in a while. And wanted to play it again but when i request my username it gives me my LOL username. And when i try to log in with this username it is new account. How can i get my original account back? Thanks for your help!
