HOW DO I MAKE A POST ?
You should write your issue in the post name and then try to elaborate your problem in the message box. If you want your ticket to be answered as fast as possible don't include multiple questions/problems in one single post because it will take longer for staff members to look into your issue.
IMPORTANT
Always check out other peoples posts first to see if they have the same problem as you do, if that happens, please look for your solution in the comments of the post/thread, do not create a new post solely for you. This seems to be a very common occurrence here, especially when it comes to account linking.
POST DELETION
Upon a problem being solved, staff will delete the post regarding the problem. Sometimes Discord might delete the posts after 14 days of inactivity.
We understand that it'd be easier to leave the posts on here because that way users would be able to solve their problems faster by researching the thread, but either way the posts will get removed, either by us or the app itself.
SUPPORT FROM STAFF
We try to answer your inquiries as fast as we can, but if you haven't had a response for quite a while after posting your question, be sure to tag any available staff member. Please refrain from mass pinging us.

Because this is a help and support thread created to mitigate any and all problems users might experience, please refrain from creating posts asking about new additions to the app. We have separate channels for those kinds of requests, and at the moment, that's not our priority, we're focused on fixing bugs in the app before we can add any new additions.1 Reply
