How are you meant to play Controller Agents on Defense?
I'm trying to learn to play Astra and this is a question I've been thinking about. I know that on attack, you block off the entrances to the site so the other team can't see in. But I don't know how to do defense.

but if i smoke b when they're already in site wouldn't that be more beneficial for them?
if theyre already in you play retake
you can also smoke out areas where the opponent may peak to kill a defuser
for example b elbow on bind
Just camp in ur smokes with a judge
as astra i clear out some angles the enemy may be in using pull for example logs on ascent or b back
And place a Star in the smoke so u can resmoke it
camping smokes isnt bad either xd just dont do it too often
Depends on rank and there agents if they have fade u died
If it is like bronze they gonna ff
if you hear many steps you can do two things, smoke + pull the enterence, or double smoke and try to pop up from an angle the enemy isnt expecting and try to trade for like 3
fades dont usually check far off corners
i like placing fake smokes if the fade prowls my smokes
astra wall is also really good
I always place a Star in my smoke if they try to flash out

im like lvl 21 i dont know these terms 💀
They probably have a plan
.. as i said, pull areas, smoke the spike, concuss off angles
ur job as a Controller is to ruin that plan
