how do i submit a progra min vs to google classroom

im trying to submit a project that's due to today but when i do submit it all i get is this and not the full project.

A .sln file is just that text They probably want you to submit the entire folder or the folder as a zip file

yea he wants us to zip the file and submit it though classroom buti forgot how to do that i got it thanks for the help doe:)
