Screen tearing

I have a problem and have had it for quiet a long time. I had bad screen tearing then I got it fixed by turning on VSync. But when I did that my FPS got capped at 24 and without vsync its also unplayable Help pls

Vsync makes the FPS your monitors max refresh rate, make sure your refresh rate is set to whatever you need in windows settings

My monitor is 60.01hz
