Permanent Suspension??
I haven't played valorant in a month or two and i came back to my account being permanently suspended. Do you guys know how i can get it back or get it appealed? I've never had an issue like this before in any game and i just want my account back. is this a bug or? im not really sure what to do.

i dont know how i got banned?
i think i know what application is issuing this but i am unsure, i downloaded an application called buff, it basically tracks your game and gives you points which you redeem for giftcards, you can also clip on it. as soon as i open it i get a error code on valorant, irestart valorant and i can play like 2 rounds of a game, then get the same error code, i don't remember it but it has something to do with the connection i think. anyways, i log on after like a week of not playing and im permanently banned? i dont know how i can prove to you that i havent used any programs beside that but you let me know if you need anything from me and i will gladly reply as soon as i can. note that there are a lot of people using buff, who haven't gotten banned.

I know It's really upsetting when you don't know why you got a penalty and it seems like it's not correct, I'm here to clarify the situation.
I investigated the account and saw a lot signs of compromise and the penalty was issued at that time as well. Your suspension has been removed because you have been an awesome player and have done nothing wrong. In order to protect your account I have sent you a password reset on your Email as this way you will be able to protect your account and avoid situations like that in the future.
That being said I would also advice you to scan your PC for malware or other harmful softwares as that could be a reason why your account was compromised in the first place. I would also suggest that you do not share any of your account details with other people or on the internet especially as it could lead to a similar situation.
Last but not least as long as a third party program doesn't affect the gameplay it shouldn't lead to a penalty that being said you should always be careful what softwares you use as they could lead to a suspension.
