you can request refund by emailing tebex and same for canceling
Going forward, a self-service link will be included in every subscription package description on our store.
The linked page will allow you to see your past purchases and subscriptions, where you'll be able to cancel your active subscriptions at any time.
We didn't list this on our store in the past due to it not even existing.
Tebex has implemented this page fairly recently and we're taking the time to add it to our package descriptions.
