Anyone know how to fix micro stuttering in valorant my ping and specs are good but from last month i am facing micro stuttering

I think there is something wrong with valorant and valorant server my fps drop to 30 even 0 sometimes during the game.. and it's unplayable for the last week... but i don't have that problem in other games + i play every single game on the highest possible settings
isnt it like how ur movement or screen stutters for a split second?

@sushrutp02 turn the network buffering setting in General setting to minimum
