micro fps drops

multiple abilities or enemies on screen or getting a kill, this started happening after the updates please help

Idk ehat they did with the new update but the performance is horrible, from 250-400 fps i only get 150 barley 200 Also a lot of people have this issue eith micro fps drops And loadins screen issues
