Why is my cout formating not working?
for some reason my cout is not filling with periods . but the three underscores still show up. Not sure why the program is skipping fill.

yeah i fixed the first problem i had but this mysterious periods that pop up

tyty, yeah i figured you have to reset fill back to taking spaces again
