My account got hacked and i got banned
exactlty what the title says how do i get it unbanned, someone hacked into my acount, hacked on it, and now it got banned permanently. what can i do to get it back besides write a ticket

You will have to wait for Riot to support with the issue there is nothing else you can do regarding a hacked account.
