What's the max fps u get?
If u getting 300 fps max then try restricting the fps to 250 there is a setting for it in valorant itself. That should probably solve the issue and u won't get drops since laptop/pc won't be on its max performance.
If this doesn't help try reducing the settings for graphics, textures and stuff if kept on high put a lot of load on the GPU for rendering and u get fps drops.
How do you cool your system? I find that the biggest reason for frame drops are because of thermal throttling on the gpu or cpu. You could try tracking you temperatures and if they are abnormal, you could try checking your fans for dust, reapplying thermal paste or maybe getting another cooler
