i believe the most VP you can get by sending fanart to riot support is around 50-75
I think it caps at 50
i've heard several things from several diff people

Not too long ago someone tried to get 62 and support considered it too much, so I think it is 50 caps
But I could be wrong
Like maybe they'll do 55 cap?
