I can't find any setting to disable these annoying popups that hide my code (VS2022CE) [Answered]

I cant seem to find any setting or any article online about how to disable these annoying popups in visual studio 2022 CE.. supposedly its called parameter info or w/e.. basically i wanna disable everything that isnt intellisense suggestion list (except object description on mouseover) anybody knows?
