insta-locking is when a player instantly picks agents without consulting their teammates or caring about team composition. but they are just saying it to be toxic sometimes.
Just because they wanted that agent so they will abuse us by saying insta locker, bruh i am seriously fed up of this shit
yeahh they think they are superior and shit so when "their" agent is locked they need to be toxic and sometimes even troll the game cuz of that
If you don’t want to be accused by our teammates of “instalock” all you need to do is to select your agent and wait like 10 seconds, if no one else picks that agent within 10 seconds just look it,
It doesn’t make it better if you “insta lock” and do shit compared to your teammates that had to fill because you instalocked
Just think for the good of your team, if you only play at your full potential on Jett, just instalock
TBH, I wouldn't sweat it. If instalocking will help you become the best version of whatever agent, do it.
It's better having someone on the team with experience as an agent over someone who fills because they feel they need to for fear of being called an instalocker. Just so you're not toxic towards people who instalock the one agent you know, though, definitely learn at least a few others. And maybe a controller so you can fill (with a controller you actually know how to play) if no one picks them. Until you get ur pool together, just ignore toxicity tho. When you play the agent right in the actual game they won't care anymore.
