Looks like you are timed out normally happens with you have gone AFK or dodged games too many times you will have to wait for the countdown (in the red box) to expire
Afking a full match gives u the same penalty u got here
i have the error code van 1067. I watched many tutorials how to fix that, but nothing works. I activated secure boot and tpm 2.0. Can somebody help me please

you may not have reset the factory keys/enrolled them
You might have afked to many times unranked which restricts you from playing comp, that's what happened to me
