Learning Choices
I am a noobish programmer with some Javascript CSS and Html experience my next question is do I learn typescript next or a framework (if so which one and why, I am willing to hear opinions)

this question is way too open ended, and no matter which you chose you will eventually be good
the best thing you can do is to build something you want to build and learn while doing it, not to learn just to learn
i think you can try doing both at the same time
