How to unfreeze your ped
So it shows I’m sprinting but my character won’t really move it also won’t let me drive a car ? Any help appreciated

are you in no clip?
press f2
Could be that but there's a bug that would freeze your ped when getting out of a plane which req pressing f2 twice.
