Terminal Question
can someone explain to me what is terminal about and when we should work with it ?

It's about interacting with your computer. Historically, there were no fancy GUIs (Graphical User Interface) or even peripherals like mouse, only keyboard and a black screen with text in it. The terminal was physically where you would go to type commands for the computer.
Today we have fancy GUIs which make a lot of common tasks much easier to understand for most people who may or may not be technically inclined. Like drag and drop a bunch of files onto a USB. However not everything is easier with a mouse, and also a GUI consumes more resources and screen real state; meaning that having every possible option available on an interface goes against the very purpose of having a GUI in the first place.
Like with everything else, there are circumstances where you would want to use one tool over another.
