I'm not sure what I did (Helpful eh?) but my support role was removed? I'm on ultimate till.. somewhere's around oct 9th. Not a fan of discord so I haven't dug much yet into why and I figure one 'o you smarties would have an idea π

you or your bank has chargebacked the payment and Tebex has revoked your subscription as necessary

No, im on tebex.io and it shows my subscription renews on the 9th. And I wasn't refunded. Plus I'm still ultimate in the server. Just not showing here as a supporter. Contact tebex? I thought this was a discord issue. I forget how It linked to tebex before because I tried disconnecting thinking i could re-link and fix. Thinking maybe the tebex api needs to be in discord?
it's already in Discord and others have their roles just fine

@nut The first and longer I.D is the actual transaction and I just noticed there's a shorter I.D for the subscription: tbx-r-675758801 . I'm sure you have bigger issues to sort out Nex, and it may even "fix itself" after the next payment goes through. I have purchases in game so I don't mind waiting to see if on the 9th if it'll re-register support status here. I don't believe this is a Tebex issue though as everything on their end seems copasetic. If you'd like though, I'll email them.

I mustve flubbed then. So I'd cancel the subscription and retry? Seems logical

for a Discord role? seems like a waste of time as you'd only gain access to a channel or two

I like the colours. sue me. ;-P I don't like when things don't work the intended way. But I figure that'll fix it, just renew, and double check.. Appreciate your work @nut
