Race waypoints at addon maps
how i can set checkpoints and make a race at maps like NFS Lookout point , hayato and other drift/race locations?

There should already be premade races at some of these locations, you'll see them on the map such as Nuburgring GP.
You can also create Street Races from the Race Options subbmenu in the VMenu which can be found by pressing M and scrolling down
You can also host also stunt races with premade checkpoints in the same menu if you do decide you want to run those
