if my name is fizzy, is it allowed for someone to rename to my exact name?

Yonji isn’t a made up name, it’s anime character, anyone can do that

if the intention behind it is to copy a players name or identity then no, but if you're just looking for an alias that just so happens to be used by someone else, then that's fine
