❔ How can I tell if an app has been opened?

remembering that I use c# and win forms for design and finally i use net framework 4.7

No, any other app I want to know which application ran and which process the application created. if there is a way I haven't created the code yet. I want to have a base of what to do. Hmm how will I know when the process is created? thank you so much heartowo
