Infrastructure Question - Deployable Instances of a Repo

Hi y'all. I've created a Discord bot that I want users of my website to be able to modify and then deploy an instance for themselves and their server (but using my resources that I pay for). At first thought I'm thinking the best way to handle this would be to containerize my project, expose the variables I need to, and then programmatically spin these containers up on AWS's EKS. There isn't any way for me to do that through Railway or anything is there?

Railway
Deploy on Railway button
Railway is an infrastructure platform where you can provision infrastructure, develop with that infrastructure locally, and then deploy to the cloud.

Would this require end users to have their own railway accounts?
