Value data not being updated when duplicate version found

Could someone please look through my code? I'm not sure why the program doesn't replace the data of Mist Gems and Mist Gold when it finds duplicate account version once you input stuff text box to the text file. https://paste.mod.gg/aolwlsweuwfn/0
