Help. It's part of the SDK I think I am correct about that.

@KidKai25 it's what actually runs your app
the SDK (software development kit) is what you actually use to build your app, it just also installs the runtime so you can run said apps
so the SDK will have things like the compiler
and the runtime will have stuff like the necessary libraries the app needs
other .NET languages?
isn't the only other one F#?
Boo, IronPython, etc.
not very popular or well-maintained these days tho

The SDK are the tool the jewler/craftman uses to create the full watch
tool will include gears/battery
the box will have them

which in thise case is .
so "current working directory"
and since you didn't specify -f / --file, that's where it'll look for a Dockerfile
