How do I add the Data folder to the Build?

I want the Data Folder that is in the Solution to be accessible via File.ReadAllLines("Data\deutsch.txt")

I only have those properties (Directory Name, Complete Path)

And I would like to keep the folder I want to have a Folder Data in the Build Folder Not copy the files in Data to the Build Folder
