Timeouts on large uploads
There’s an issue with larger files timing out and failing at around 15 seconds. I think in switching from v12 to v13 I noticed my bot timing out on larger files.

• What's your exact discord.js
npm list discord.js and node node -v version?
• Post the full error stack trace, not just the top part!

Pretty much matches except nothing is sent to the channel.
But yeah that appears to be it otherwise
