Due to the complexity of video (and oh boy is getting real time video right complicated.) We are deliberately not supporting video or go live for bots as we are actively refining the protocol. It is very much a moving target - unlike voice which is orders of magnitude more simple and stable. Video is an entirely different beast.discord dev statement
