Implementation for something like …Manager.forge from discord.js-light

One of the nicest features of discord.js-light is the ability to use the forge method to quickly construct a partial structure for the purpose of conveniently making API requests. Are there plans to implement something like this in discord.js itself? It would be quite helpful.
