Explore "places" and places in mobile app

Hi, I just love new version (1.51.2) with search via web! Great work devs and contributors. Just one question: In web view of immich I have only few places listed (most of my photos have GPS data in EXIF) on mobile I have almost all visied places listed. Is there anything that I need to do?

Got things working pretty good using http://myhostname.ca:2283 However would really like to use https for a secure connection like your demo Did some reading and seems that immich has its own nginx settings somewhere but i am new to docker so not sure where Also i do have my own nginx server but could not get that going either, but that could be because of DNS or any number of things...

Upon updating from 1.51.1 to 1.51.2 I receive an error message from the web and mobile app which reads "Invalid request body".

Machine Learning in bootloop with no additional errors

Since the 1.51 update, I tried to run the CLIP job and now my machine-learning container is crashing with no ostensible error. I've set NODE_ENV to "development" and this is the entire output before a restart. There's no crash log or anything else to go on at this point. Logs are in txt as they are too long for discord

Error after last update: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND immich-machine-learning

After the last update I get this error when trying to search in the web interface. I followed the instructions and updated both the compose and env file accordingly. There also seems to be an error when trying to encode clip as you can se, these might be related, i don't know....

Hi, I am trying to setup immich through portainer and received this error on the logs. I was following the official immich guide for portainer. I used the exact docker-compose.yml and .env files from the github except I changed all of the ".env" to "stack.env" on the .yml file, and I changed the backup location to a location on my machine. When I try to visit the webpage where the server is supposed to have the login page, it says 500 | connect ECONNREFUSED 172.19.0.5:3001. immich_microservices...

PathNotFoundException: Cannot delete file

Hi! I installed Immich via Docker on a Debian server and getting a PathNotFoundException (log in the screenshot) error every 10-50 pictures when I'm backing up my ios photo library for the first time. Delete photos directly from storage dir

I'm wondering if it's possible to delete photos directly from the folder where Immich has stored the photos. The reason I want to do this is because I have a lot of duplicate photos which I want to clean up with a third party tool (czkawka). I haven't looked into the reason why Immich hasn't labeled the photo's as duplicate and didn't upload them in the first place, but I guess it has to do with the EXIF data being different or something. Is there a way to delete photos from the storage dir, such that the photos are also labeled as deleted in the database?...

Bulk Upload Large folder error

Trying to setup Immich as a replacement for QNAP Qumagie, the default photo app for my nas. Finally got the app setup in docker and finally got the CLI tool installed, I ran the upload code and got this error. I have over 50K worth of images i wanted to move over from my old backup folder. Could be it's just too large idk. TIA for all the help....

iOS app login ‘Null check operator used on a null value’

I just installed the iOS Immich app from App Store. When trying to log in using my credentials and server address http://server_ip:2283/api, nothing happens, but the logs show the following error: Null check operator used on a null variable (screenshot attached below). I am on iOS 15.5, iphone 7. Server version is v1.38.2 installed inside a Docker container. I am connecting from local network, so there is no proxy in between. Also login from web ui works just fine....

Docker compose or Portainer for immich in proxmox LXC?

I don't know if there will be any functional difference... I am comfortable in both docker compose on the command line as well as portainer. I am going to run it in a turnkey core LXC.
