If I wanted to RP working at the Vanilla Unicorn would that be considered inappropriate or am I allowed to do that? (I'd just be serving drinks and that stuff)

can someone help me, im having a issue where the "Porsche Roso Largo" isnt spawning and its saying i need to unlock it when i already did a while back.
do i need to unlock this car again or what??...
My game suddenly stopped loading addon cars, everytime i go to a carmeet i dont see anybody. Now i tried downloading everything again (gta and fivem), at least the map textures load but not the cars. Any recomendations?
So I found the 240 SX HR and wanted to drive it, but couldnt, because it's a reward vehicle. I tried looking up what challenge you're supposed to do, but couldnt figure it out. Can someone tell me what you gotta do for it?
